Mr. Lazaroff is a resident of Saxonburg, Pennsylvania. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from New School University in New York, New York, a Master of Science in Management Science from Binghamtom University, and graduated from the Duquesne Univeristy School of Law in 2007. He also holds an Associate in Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Community College of the Air Force. Mr. Lazaroff served on active duty in the United States Air Force from 1975 to 1995, including tours of duty at various locations in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East in support of Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Mr. Lazaroff is a past member of the United States Jaycees, the American Society of Military Engineers, and served for eleven years on the Saxonburg Borough council. He holds the rank of Captain in the Civil Air Patrol, where he serves as Communications Officer for the Butler Composite Squadron and as Legal Officer for Group One of the Pennsylvania Wing. Mr. Lazaroff is a member of the Butler County Bar and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy, consumer debt issues and municipal law.
Mr. Flach is a resident of Forward Township and graduated from Seneca Valley High School, Penn State University, and received his law degree from Northwestern University. He is a past president of the Butler County Bar Association, a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Section on Municipal Law, presenter for the Butler County Bar Association, teacher for the American Banking Institute and Butler County Community College, former Chairman of the Butler County Tax Assessment Arbitration Board, Mediator for the Butler County Common Pleas Court and has received Instruction in Conflict Resolution from the Pittsburgh Mediation Center and is a shareholder in the Lawyers Abstract Company. Until 2009 Mr. Flach represented numerous townships, boroughs, authorities and zoning hearing boards for almost thirty years.
Mr. Taylor is a resident of West Sunbury, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Butler High School and attended Waynesburg College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Law School in 1970. Mr. Taylor has been admitted to the Bars of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a past President of the Butler Bar Association and is a member of the American Bar Association. He is a past President of the Butler County United Way, a member of the Butler County Chapter of the Salvation Army, the Visiting Nurses Association, the Seneca Hills Bible Conference and a present of past member of the Butler Downtown Revitalization committee, the Lighthouse Foundation, the Butler County Blind Association, the Library Board, and the Butler County Community College Foundation. He is a shareholder in the Lawyers Abstract Company and has thirty years experience in all phases of municipal government including Townships, Boroughs, Authorities and Zoning Boards.
