Mr. Gallagher is a resident of Center Township. He serves as solicitor for many townships, boroughs, authorities, and zoning hearing boards throughout Butler County. He also maintains a grandparent's right family law practice as well as estate litigation and probate practice. Mr. Gallagher has appeared in Courts throughout Western Pennsylvania including Federal Court and the Pennsylvania Appellate Courts. Mr. Gallagher is a cum laude graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review. Mr. Gallagher was an adjunct professor at the Duquesne University Paralegal Institute. Mr. Gallagher is a member of the Pennsylvania and Butler County Bar Associations, serves on the Butler County Legal Journal Committee, was editor of the Butler County Bar Association Newsletter and is a shareholder in the Lawyers Abstract Company of Butler, Pennsylvania.
Mr. May is a lifelong resident of Butler, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Westminister College in Wilmington, Pennsylvania and the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. At Cooley Law School, he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Book Awards for Contracts, Administrative Law, and Pennsylvania Practice. Mr. May has been practicing law in Butler and the surrounding counties in excess of twenty-two years and is currently a member of the Butler County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. During his years of practice, he has concentrated in the areas of municipal and school law, general litigation, collections for automobile accidents, real estate, boundary disputes, wills, estates, and corporate law. He has practiced before all State and Federal Courts from the District Justice level to the United States Supreme Court. He is a past President and Executive Committee member of the Butler County Bar Association. Mr. May is a shareholder of Lawyer's Abstract Company of Butler County.
